Your chance to see what new Fareham play area could look like on Aug 3rd 2011.

Residents of Fareham now have the chance to

see the design illustrations for the planned play areas, at Blackbrook Park Play Area in Fareham.

We were consulted earlier

this year and asked what we

would like in the new play area and designs have now been drawn up based on what was said during the consultation. If you'd like to view the illustrations and talk to Play Rangers from the Fareham Play Ranger Service, who will also be

delivering a free play sessions for children and young people, go along to Blackbrook Park Play Area tomorrow - Thursday 4th August, 2.00pm - 3:30pm.

New play areas are also planned for Locks Heath at St Michaels Road Play Area and Hollybrook Gardens Play Area.

Executive Member for Leisure and

Community, Councillor Connie Hockley, said: "I'm really pleased with the

designs as they are a reflection of what the local communities have

requested in the play areas"

What do you think of them? Let FarehamPeople know!

If you can't attend the viewing tomorrow plans can be seen on the Fareham Borough Council Website here.
