A blue and gold Macaw parrot has been stolen from a padlocked enclosure at Birdworld in Farnham. Spike, although not a rare breed is thought to be worth about £1,000 and was possibly stolen to order, to be sold privately. Police investigating a burglary at a house in Whiteley near Fareham have released images of three suspects. The burglary happened on Lee Ground between 11.30am and midday last Wednesday (June 29).
