If you are a Fareham resident and would like the name of a loved one who has died as a serving member in the British Armed Forces conflict to be added to a list of names to be read out prior to the 'Forever Remembered' service on 13th November, please complete the online form at http://tinyurl.com/3wavaps or contact Fareham Borough Council, tel: 01329 824303 no later than 21 October 2011. If the name of your loved one already appears on a memorial within the Borough of Fareham or you added their name to the list last year, the name will automatically be included in this year's roll call.
