My daughter’s small and very funny. She’s been learning the clarinet at school. Tonight I asked her about the clarinet and what she thought about it. “Well mummy,” she said, “I like the clarinet. You can play it any time because it doesn’t have an on/off button, but it’s quite hard to play because you have to stuff your cheeks up. And it’s hard to sing with it in your mouth.”
