New Market In Fareham!

Fareham town centre is to start hosting a new regular market on the second Friday of every month,starting this Friday, 11 February. The new market will improve and extend the town's offer of locally made and grown produce.

Organised by Hampshire Country Markets, the new market will operate from 9am to 3pm in the Performance Podium.

The market will operate in addition to the same market organised on the last Saturday of the month, which has been running successfully in the town centre for nearly 8 years.

The goods sold are all home grown, home made or home crafted. They will typically include freshly-baked cakes, pastries and savouries, jams, jellies, marmalades and chutneys, eggs and honey, home-grown fruit and vegetables in season, well-known and unusual plants, traditional and contemporary crafts.
