This place is amazing! I had a car crash April 2004, for like 6 years, I've had neuro, sports physio from them, podiatary, hydrotherapy. I have become very close to my physios Helen and Darren and find the centre welcoming and they're good to me, giving me print outs of all my appointments!

Best hydrotherapy pool in the area.
I've been a member here for a while and attend the Aquatone class on a Thursday evening with Darren. LB has the best hydrotherapy pool in the area. It is kept at 34 degrees C which really helps with my arthritis; it makes all movements so much easier. It is also the only pool in the area that has steps into the water rather than a ladder. I've lost 10lbs since April!
