Tusk is a very popular place for anyone who likes copious amounts of nice food locally. It's all you can eat so I'd skip lunch if I were you! The prices are great for what you get and there's plenty of choice whether you're a meat fiend like me, or a vegetarian. The place has a great buzz to it when it gets busier on weekends though book because otherwise you may be out of luck.

I do love a good Indian meal and here you get the atmosphere and the service but I felt the food left something to be desired.
I felt all the sauces were far too runny and the meat in most of the curries was over-cooked which I suppose is the price you pay for all-you-can-eat service. Quality is greatly preceeded by demand.
However! Their veggie dishes were amazing and there was a wide variety of starters, breads and sauces.
If you're wanting a more authentic and gastronomic experiance then I would go to a made-to-order place and indulge however All-in-all I would say it is a decent introduction to Indian food.

A wonderful range of buffet curries, starter ans desserts too. All well cooked. Lovely descreet service. More of somewhere to go with a group as it is quite open and cafe styled rather than quiet restaurant.

Sometimes at an all you can eat, the quality of the food is a little iffy. Not the case here. There is a wide range of starters, sides, mains and desserts - all well cooked and delicious! The thing is, you need to try it all because it all looks so yummy!
Cafe Tusk is a much-loved Indian all-you-can-eat restaurant in West Street, Fareham. Its a great way to try new types of food, as you can pick from a huge selection of curries and side dishes safe in the knowledge that youre paying a flat rate for your meal.
The food here was amazing and resonable priced. However, i think that the drinks are quite abit over priced compared to other restaurants. I enjoyed it very much. Also make sure you book on friday and saturday as it can get very very busy.
