All round an excellent little gym.
I've been a member here for over a year and am very happy with it. I've been a gym member for more years than I care to remember and over the years have belonged to most of the chains at some point (Fitness First etc). This friendly little gym matches any of the larger ones with ease. It has everything I want from a gym - cardio equipment, resistance machines and free weights, workout classes as well as a hall where you can play badminton, short tennis, table tennis, basketball and 5-a-side football. The membership is cheap and uncomplicated - none of the 'peak' and 'off-peak' nonsense - just one price for limitless access. What's more the staff are knowledgeable and friendly making fora friendly and unintimidating atmosphere. All round an excellent little gym.

Small but Great
Even though the gym itself is quite small it is still well equppid with free weights and all the normal cv machines. The prices are very reasonable and you can join from the age of 14. The staff are friendly and the gym/changing rooms are kept very clean.
